5. Effective Action

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notification, we will take prompt action, which may include the removal or disabling of the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the alleged infringer of the notification.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will provide a copy to the original complainant and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within [10-14] business days unless we receive a notice from the complainant that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringer.
